Brake disc manufacturing involves complex production processes, substantial upfront investment, and high transportation costs, making it one of the more demanding product categories in the automotive aftermarket.
When sourcing brake discs, buyers often face challenges such as inconsistent quality, unstable supply, inadequate after-sales support, and inflated pricing. Finding a dependable long-term manufacturing partner that offers consistent quality, competitive pricing, and responsive service can be difficult.
To address these sourcing challenges and strengthen our complete braking-system capabilities, we made a strategic investment in a professional brake disc manufacturing facility in 2019. Our objective was clear: to build a stable, reliable, and quality-controlled brake disc supply chain for our existing brake pad customers.
As a shareholder in the factory, we have access to dedicated production resources and preferential pricing, enabling us to offer brake discs at highly competitive prices. Rather than treating brake discs as a high-margin product, we position them as a value-added service that supports and strengthens our long-term relationships with brake pad customers.
Today, brake pads and brake discs form our two core business divisions. Our Super Stop and Level Road brands are supplied as matched disc-and-pad solutions, providing customers with a genuinely integrated braking-system supply service.

Customers no longer need to communicate with multiple factories or manage separate supply chains. Our one-stop purchasing solution for braking components saves considerable time and reduces communication and management costs.
Working with unfamiliar suppliers can expose buyers to inconsistent quality, substandard manufacturing, and slow after-sales responses. These problems may lead to end-user complaints, customer loss, and damage to the distributor’s local reputation.
We centrally manage production, quality control, delivery, and after-sales support, helping customers reduce operating risks at the source.
Our brake discs and brake pads are developed and matched as an integrated system. Their braking characteristics are designed to work together, reducing problems caused by incompatible disc-and-pad combinations.
This helps customers improve product reliability, strengthen their local market position, and increase competitiveness.
Shipping brake discs and brake pads together helps distribute and reduce overall transportation costs.
Customers no longer need to make repeated trips to inspect factories or verify their production and after-sales capabilities. We provide centralized control over product quality, delivery schedules, and after-sales support.
As we expand into new markets, we continue to follow the principle that brake discs and brake pads should be treated as one complete braking solution.
Brake discs are an essential extension of our brake pad business and provide continuous support for our customers’ core operations.
Since 2019, our one-stop disc-and-pad service has helped numerous partners simplify procurement, reduce operating risks, and increase their regional market share, receiving positive market feedback.
We will continue expanding our complete braking-system portfolio and remain committed to matched brake discs and pads, one-stop purchasing, and integrated quality assurance—helping every partner source with confidence and operate more securely.

Jinsha operates one of the world’s most advanced and highly automated brake disc production lines.
The entire manufacturing process is automated, including:
Compared with conventional CNC machining cells, this automated production line provides significant advantages in product consistency and defect detection.

Our complete brake disc range is manufactured using high-precision robotic FFG production lines. This ensures accurate product dimensions, consistent machining quality, and reliable vehicle fitment.
Our advanced brake dynamometer can simulate real-world driving and braking conditions, allowing us to accurately verify product parameters and performance.
This testing process helps prevent batch-wide quality problems and ensures consistent product quality.

We currently offer the following brake disc styles and can also provide customized production according to customer requirements.

Before leaving the factory, these brake discs undergo high-temperature heat treatment. They are particularly suitable for mountainous areas and heavier vehicles.
Because the discs have already been exposed to high temperatures during production, they are less likely to deform or cause vibration when subjected to high braking temperatures during use. This significantly improves product stability.
We also apply anti-rust treatment to the non-friction surfaces that do not come into contact with the brake pads, helping extend the service life of the discs.
Compared with standard uncoated brake discs, this treatment increases the cost by approximately RMB 5–10 per disc.
The main limitation of this surface treatment is its moderate rust resistance. It is best suited to dry climates and fast-moving vehicle applications with high inventory turnover. Under dry storage conditions, it can provide rust protection for up to three years.

This customized performance disc features a fully drilled design that helps improve braking performance. Partial anti-rust treatment is also applied to the non-friction surfaces.

This model combines drilled holes with a slotted surface, providing a further performance upgrade over a drilled-only design. Partial anti-rust coating is applied to the non-friction areas.
Although slotted brake discs can improve braking performance, the slots may increase wear on the brake pads and shorten their service life.
In regions with heavy dust or frequent sandstorms, dirt and sand may collect in the drilled holes and slots, potentially scratching both the brake discs and brake pads.

This model is fully treated with GEOMET, one of the most corrosion-resistant coatings currently available on the market.
It is particularly suitable for low-turnover vehicle applications. Brake discs that remain in storage for extended periods can easily rust, especially under humid warehouse conditions. A full GEOMET coating can provide at least five years of rust protection under appropriate storage conditions.
Before installation, the GEOMET coating must be removed from the braking surface where the disc contacts the brake pads. This helps shorten the bedding-in period between the brake disc and brake pads.

This customized model was developed for a customer in the Middle East. It combines:
The result is a brake disc tailored to demanding regional operating conditions.

Our extensive inventory and flexible order quantities make sourcing easier and allow customers to evaluate our product quality with greater convenience and lower purchasing risk.
